Close by the door I passed to stand, as I took his class ring off my hand. All that were watching couldnt speak, as a silent tear rolled my cheek. Memories of having fun, as we laughed and walked in the sun, made me feel so sad, for memories is now all I have. My head hung sad and low, as they carried his casket into the snow.

MY SON
I smiled the first time you smiled at me, I cried each time you cried n I pretended not to see. I laughed at your silly pranks and jokes, for it was always you that I loved the most. My heart grew bigger as I watched you grow, I have always loved you more than you will ever know. I have made many mistakes in raising you, but one thing has always remained true.,I have always loved and wanted you.
